What is delivered
We provide digital birth-chart previews, answers, personalized readings and question credits. There are no physical products, shipping fees or postal delivery. Access your reading through the website; full readings include a downloadable PDF when ready.
When it arrives
A free preview appears after chart calculation. A paid single answer usually takes a minute or two after verified payment. The current full-reading delivery window is 1–2 hours, including the practitioner review described at checkout. Question packs are added to the selected reading after verification. Product and checkout show the applicable scope and timing before purchase.
Access and notifications
Keep your order or reading reference. Return to saved readings from My readings after signing in to the account used for the order. For guest orders, keep access to the original browser until linking the reading to your account. Where email delivery is available, use the correct address and check spam. Check delivery status on the website.
If delivery is delayed
Payment verification, generation or practitioner review may occasionally take longer. Closing the browser tab does not cancel preparation. If the stated window has passed, check status and contact support with the reference. Do not pay again for the same order. We investigate and arrange recovery or the refund available under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Information and availability
Delivery depends on correct birth details and a supported product and language. Review inputs before ordering; birth-time uncertainty can limit the reading. Demonstration previews and test orders do not mean a live paid service was purchased. Checkout shows availability and the final amount.
