Current service wording
System failures do not require a second payment. Live refund terms and verified support details must be reviewed before sales open.
Payment without a reading
A verified captured payment creates an entitlement even if report generation fails. The service retries recoverable failures without a second payment. The operator can investigate using an order reference and redacted delivery status.
Duplicate or failed payment
A failed or canceled payment does not grant paid access. Duplicate provider events do not create extra charges or question credits. A pending payment can be reconciled with the payment provider.
Questions and interruptions
A question uses one credit after a complete usable answer is saved. Failed generation releases its reserved credit. A partial unusable response is not a completed answer.
Refund requests
Live refund eligibility, time limits, service standards and a real support contact require owner and legal review before sales open. This demonstration cannot process a real refund. Operator refund actions must be authorized, recorded and reconciled with Razorpay.
